Pasting Paper

Pasting paper is an important raw material for the continuous grid production process of lead-acid batteries, produced by wet glass fiber papermaking process. Its main purpose is to attach to both sides of the plate during coating, preventing the lead paste from sticking to the equipment and preventing the plates from sticking together when stacked. With the protection of the pasting paper, it can greatly reduce dust during the transportation and assembly of the plates, improve the working environment, and meet environmental protection requirements.


Our company's battery pasting paper has the advantages of good water absorption, strong acid resistance, high mechanical strength, and good chemical stability. The physical and chemical properties of the glass fiber pasting paper are completely the same as those of the AGM separator used in the batteries. Compared with plant fiber pasting paper, its significant advantage is that it is not soluble in acid, will not decompose and emit gas during application, and can continuously maintain stable pressure between the battery plates, satisfying the requirements of high discharge rate and long cycle life of the battery.
