After years of in-depth development, Rijie Group now employs 1,200 staff, 20% of whom are technical R&D personnel. It operates five separator production plants and three superfine glass fiber new material plants, with an annual separator production capacity of 35,000 tons. As a key drafting member for the industrial standards of AGM separators for lead-acid batteries, Rijie Group participated in the formulation of the industrial standard JB/T7630 Superfine Glass Fiber Separators for Lead-Acid Batteries (AGM) in 1991. The Group is equipped with complete production and testing equipment, full physical and chemical laboratories, mature and stable production processes, as well as a comprehensive and rigorous quality control system. We have obtained multiple authoritative certifications including ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification.

The Group boasts a professional and experienced R&D team. We have built an AGM separator material analysis platform and a special technical R&D platform, and established a provincial-level R&D center – Yingkou Rijie Group R&D Center. We also jointly operate an industry-university R&D center with Dalian Polytechnic University (Yingkou Rijie Group & Dalian Polytechnic University Joint R&D Center).

Rijie Group’s AGM separator products enjoy extensive domestic coverage and are exported to more than 30 countries and regions at home and overseas, earning consistent favorable feedback from customers over the years. Our core product – AGM separators for start-stop automotive lead-acid batteries – successfully passed the joint audit conducted by BMW Group Germany and Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls) in 2016. At present, many mainstream battery manufacturers supporting automobile brands at home and overseas adopt our special AGM separators for start-stop batteries.
